Job Details

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in Maryland
• Significant experience handling complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development transactions
• Proven ability to independently manage transactions and advise clients on strategic legal and business considerations
• Experience negotiating and drafting sophisticated commercial agreements and related documents
• Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or collaborating with junior attorneys and staff preferred
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships
