Title: Sr Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid )

Key Skills: Functional (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Absence Management, Recruitment, Talent), Technical (BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas, HDL/PBL), building and deploying HR-focused AI agents using Oracle AI Agents Studio.
Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in a techno-functional HCM consulting role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll and Benefits.
• Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
• Working knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader).
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR and Payroll business processes.
• Experience across multiple project phases including Project Preview, Fit/Gap, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support.
• Hands-on involvement in at least two full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying HR-focused AI agents using Oracle AI Agents Studio, including:
• Conversational and task-oriented agent design, prompt engineering, and guardrails.
• Integration with Fusion HCM via REST APIs, OIC, HCM Extracts, and secure access controls.
• Basic familiarity with retrieval-augmented responses, embeddings, and knowledge integration from enterprise HCM data.
• Monitoring agent performance, quality evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance considerations for HR/Payroll data (e.g., PII handling, access control, audit).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in Payroll, Benefits, or Core HR.
• Prior experience working with US payroll and benefits regulations.
• Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant or related conversational AI tooling; exposure to OCI Generative AI services and Oracle integration technologies.
• Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UX and collaboration channel integrations (e.g., MS Teams, Slack) for AI agents.
• Knowledge of evaluation techniques for AI agents (accuracy, safety, and hallucination mitigation) and operational monitoring.
