Role: Product Manager (Webex)

Role Overview

The Product Manager (Webex) will lead the development and growth of Webex with ATT solutions, combining strategic vision with execution-focused delivery. This role requires ownership of the full product lifecycle—from ideation through launch—ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Ownership
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
  • Ensure alignment with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Vision & Roadmap
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Webex with ATT offerings.
  • Drive feature prioritization using user feedback, market trends, and product analytics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and third-party vendors.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Performance Optimization
  • Monitor product performance and continuously optimize user experience.
  • Manage product financials, including profitability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Product Management Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in Webex, SaaS, or collaboration tools.
  • Total experience required: 8–10 years.
• Technical Expertise
  • Deep understanding of hosted voice, UCaaS, and the Webex ecosystem.
  • Desired experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Analytics & Tools
  • Experience with product analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with product management for web services and digital platforms.
• Soft Skills
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
