Summary

We are looking for a GenAI Specialist for a long-term contract based in Alpharetta, GA.

AI Dev Tooling Experience

Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot (Extensive experience in one of the Dev tools)
Tool Rollout in Org
Code Generation
Experience in Python, Java, Spring boot
Knowledge of Mainframe/SAP (good to have, but not necessary)
Prompt Engineering (expertise)

Communication

Experience in MCP's, Agentic
Ability to Explain MCP's, Agentic, and New AI Tooling
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to design and deliver developer-focused enablement through live workshops and recorded video content on GenAI-driven development use cases (e.g., unit test generation with JUnit, code refactoring, test data creation, and related software engineering scenarios).
Ability to context switch
Ability to present updates in SLT meetings (if required)
