Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, with hands on experience in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, Service Cloud, Flows, Einstein capabilities, and REST API integrations.
  • This role involves designing scalable solutions, driving best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Customization
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, schedulable classes, and asynchronous jobs.
  • Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Aura components.
  • Implement complex Flow automation and apply Flow best practices for performance and maintainability.
  • Customize and extend Service Cloud features including Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
Einstein & AI Capabilities
  • Develop and deploy Einstein features such as Einstein Bots, Einstein Article Recommendations, and customizable predictive insights.
  • Integrate AI-driven capabilities into customer service workflows and business processes.
Integrations & APIs
  • Design and build integrations using Salesforce REST APIs, Platform Events, External Services, and Connected Apps.
  • Lead integration architecture discussions and ensure API governance, security, and scalability.
Lead & Best Practices
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with architects, admins, and business analysts to design end-to-end technical solutions.
Quality Assurance & Release Management
  • Write and maintain robust unit tests ensuring 85%+ code coverage.
  • Assist with deployments across sandbox and production environments & Support CI/CD processes using tools like Git.
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Apex (classes, triggers, batch, async)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Service Cloud configuration and customization
  • Flow Builder (record-triggered, screen flows, orchestrations)
  • Einstein features and their implementation
  • REST API development and integrations
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limits.
  • Experience with data tools like Data Loader, Workbench, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Platform Developer I & II
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • JavaScript Developer I
  • AI Associate / Einstein certifications
  • Experience with integration (Rest API).
  • Hands-on experience with Omni channel implementation.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about emerging Salesforce technologies.
