Job Title: Oracle Fusion EPM Solutions Architect
Location: Lawrenceville, GA (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Job Overview
Experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Solutions Architect to join one of our top clients in North Metro Atlanta. The organization is currently implementing a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP ecosystem focused on modern cloud-based applications supporting Finance and Human Resources operations.
This role will lead architecture, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and HCM platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support technical aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications including ERP, EPM, and HCM.
  • Lead configuration management, quarterly updates, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Manage Oracle Cloud release cycles and ensure system stability.
  • Conduct security audits and resolve vulnerabilities within Oracle ERP environments.
  • Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams for seamless integrations with third-party systems.
  • Drive full project lifecycle delivery:
    • Requirements gathering
    • Solution design
    • Implementation
    • Testing
    • Production support
    • Long-term maintenance
  • Design workflows and automation within Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Provide architectural guidance and best practices for Oracle Cloud solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of overall ERP administration experience.
  • 5+ years working as a Solutions Architect supporting:
    • Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
    • Oracle Fusion EPM
    • Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and configurations.
  • Experience designing and configuring workflows.
  • Strong business knowledge in:
    • Finance
    • HR
    • Payroll processes
  • Hands-on experience writing Groovy scripts.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with enterprise ERP implementations.
  • Strong integration experience across cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Oracle quarterly release management.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
