Position Overview
We are looking for a Principal AI Architect to provide enterprise-wide technical leadership for AI initiatives while remaining hands-on with AI/ML development.
The ideal candidate will define AI architecture strategy, lead large-scale AI transformations, establish AI governance and responsible AI practices, and work closely with executive leadership to drive enterprise AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own enterprise AI architecture, standards, and technology roadmap.
Design, develop, and deploy large-scale AI/ML solutions.
Lead strategic AI initiatives and enterprise transformation programs.
Architect scalable AI systems across cloud, data, and application ecosystems.
Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive innovation.
Serve as a senior technical authority for AI and machine learning.
Mentor senior engineers, architects, and AI professionals.
Influence enterprise technology strategy and long-term architecture.
Drive adoption of modern AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
Required Skills
15+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, and applied AI.
Strong hands-on Python expertise.
Expert knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks.
Enterprise-scale AI/ML platform architecture and implementation experience.
Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing, and large-scale data architectures.
Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, security, and compliance.
Proven enterprise technical leadership experience.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Preferred Skills
Master's degree or PhD in AI, ML, Computer Science, or related field.

Enterprise AI transformation experience.
