Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holt seeking IT Systems Administrators who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and operating systems.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across manufacturing operations.
• Implement and maintain data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness systems to ensure business continuity.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls to enforce security policies and compliance.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize IT systems for manufacturing processes and automation.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) in a production setting.
