We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Operations Associate to join the Sales Operations team at our global Tech client.
Your primary responsibilities in this role are to drive seller productivity by offloading and supporting Sales, handling day-to-day requests such as data mining, contract research, opportunity and quote generation. You will help ensure compliance with company policies and play a key role in streamlining the sales process. Your contributions will enable our teams to close deals efficiently and accurately, while maintaining high standards.
This is a Fully Remote Role which will last 6 months with possible extensions and ideal with someone with sales support experience minimum of 2-3 years
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the sales team in key day-to-day requirements to include but not limited to obtaining Client service data and Client agreements, setting up initial opportunities, quoting and requests for license keys, etc. for our perpetual, SaaS and cloud solutions.
- Enforce global deal policies to ensure corporate standards.
- Maintain accurate records of deals, approvals, and related documentation in CRM and deal management systems
- Help identify process improvements to increase sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide timely responses to internal stakeholders regarding engagement requests and requirements.
- Participate in training sessions to understand product offerings, pricing models, and sales operations/desk procedures
- Interact with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Data Stewards, Deal Desk, Legal, Order Management, Fulfillment and Finance.
- Champions seller advocacy, drives process enhancements, and fosters seller growth through providing additional enablement on system and process.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales operations or deal desk roles
- Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce), CPQ tools (e.g. Salesforce CPQ) and contract lifecycle management systems are required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to navigate internal CRM and CPQ systems to locate key data and to initiate requests.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes and technologies
Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience is a plus
