Information Systems Analyst
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Location: Remote, but must be local to Arizona to attend occasional onsite meetings

Role Summary
The Information Systems Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making by designing, maintaining, and optimizing health information and reporting systems. This role serves as the functional owner of key electronic health record and reporting platforms, ensuring system performance, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with clinical and operational workflows. The position partners closely with program staff, leadership, and vendors to deliver reliable systems, actionable reporting, and successful system initiatives.
In this role, you will lead system administration, reporting development, and EHR-related projects while providing high-level support and guidance across the organization. You will directly influence data quality, system usability, and the success of technology initiatives that support patient services and organizational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional owner and system administrator for electronic health records and related health information systems
- Configure, maintain, and optimize system functionality to support clinical and program workflows
- Manage system security, user access, roles, permissions, and data retention in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards
- Design and maintain clinical documentation, forms, workflows, and reporting solutions
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and data exports to meet operational and regulatory needs
- Monitor data quality, conduct audits, and perform validation testing to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Lead EHR related projects including implementations, optimizations, upgrades, and regulatory initiatives
- Provide advanced support, training, documentation, and guidance to users and stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least four years of relevant health information systems experience
- Strong proficiency with SQL, relational databases, and reporting or business intelligence tools
- Experience administering or supporting electronic health record systems, preferably Credible or similar platforms
- Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, data security standards, and healthcare or social services compliance requirements
- Experience with system testing, validation, documentation, and project coordination
- Ability to analyze workflows, translate business requirements into system solutions, and maintain data integrity
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support cross-functional teams
