  • Migration from salesforce to dynamics
  • Knowledgeable in Dynamics & Salesforce
  • Good Exp in Sales 1st and Marketing (Sales Process, Lead to Opportunity conversion)
  • Knows how lead to quote works
  • Works with Business stake holders, Sales managers, Sales Reps,
  • Lead Management, Opportunity management
  • 3rds party seller applications like Outreach, Zoominfo, Linkedin to name a few - will be preferred.

    The Opportunity:
    We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders, operations teams, and end users to understand business processes, identify pain points, and drive technology solutions. This role will focus on shaping and delivering the product roadmap for CRM platforms, primarily Microsoft Dynamics, while also collaborating across teams to enhance seller productivity and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in CRM technologies (MSFT Dynamics & SFDC) and familiarity with third-party sales tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
    Responsibilities:
    Partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to analyze current-state processes and define future-state solutions within CRM Dynamics Drive initiatives focused on improving customer experience and seller productivity Lead and facilitate process improvement workshops with internal teams Define and influence product vision and roadmap in collaboration with architecture, design, and engineering teams Align product strategy with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams Collaborate with other Product Managers to deliver interdependent solutions and initiatives Lead planning, documentation, and execution of both run-the-business and large-scale technology initiatives Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization of enhancements and defect resolution Support release planning and ensure alignment with business priorities Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work closely with QA teams to define acceptance criteria Communicate product vision, roadmap, and updates effectively across all levels of the organization
    Requirements:
    4+ years of Product Management experience, including launching large-scale, global technology solutions Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics (experience with SFDC is a plus) Experience working in Marketing and Sales domains Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Proven ability to manage product lifecycle from concept to delivery Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills Self-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments
    Preferred Skills & Experience:
    Experience with third-party sales tools such as:
    • Outreach
    • ZoomInfo
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator Exposure to both Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystems Experience working on sales experience transformation initiatives Strong background in change management and process optimization
      Education
      Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Equivalent practical experience in CRM and product management is also considered

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $55-60. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
