Summary:
The Project Manager will support cross-functional coordination and execution of release readiness activities for Company's single-tenant software delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring customer deployments are accurately planned, scheduled, validated, and communicated across multiple internal teams and customer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management and communication skills with a data-driven mindset and exceptional attention to detail. This individual must be comfortable working across multiple systems and data sources, identifying inconsistencies or gaps, coordinating dependencies, and bringing structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous delivery situations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate release readiness activities across Engineering, Operations, Support, Customer Delivery, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customers are prepared for scheduled software updates
* Develop, maintain, and communicate release schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness status across multiple concurrent customer deployments
* Validate customer and release data within scheduling and delivery systems, identifying discrepancies, missing information, scheduling conflicts, and other issues that could affect successful execution
* Analyze customer, deployment, and scheduling data to support release planning and decision-making
* Group customers into appropriate deployment cohorts based on readiness, dependencies, product components, sequencing requirements, and operational constraints
* Coordinate scheduling of multiple software components and activities required to successfully complete customer updates
* Track readiness criteria and proactively identify customers, dependencies, or activities that may put planned deployment dates at risk

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
* 5+ years of project management, program coordination, release management, implementation, operations, or related experience in a technology environment
* Experience working with project management, scheduling, ticketing, reporting, or data-management tools
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage numerous customers, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables simultaneously
* Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to work with large or complex datasets, identify inconsistencies, validate information, and translate data into actionable decisions
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple teams without direct authority
* Proven ability to work effectively through ambiguity, establish structure, and drive work toward resolution when processes or requirements are not fully defined
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
