Job Description:
Join our team in New York City as a Help Desk Technician on a contract basis.
This role involves being the primary point of contact for technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
You''ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, while working with generic technologies.
Professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for clients with technical issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.

Qualifications

Driver''s license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits.
Professional attire required; ability to remain focused in a quiet environment.
Able to perform tasks such as replacing toner cartridges and assisting with video calls.
