Regulatory Operations Lead - Remote / Telecommute

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development and execution of scalable regulatory products and programs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Communicate outcomes, insights, and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
• Analyze data by running queries and building dashboards to identify trends, anomalies, and perform investigations.
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex regulatory programs ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable operations.
• Translate emerging regulatory trends into actionable business strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional technical teams to design systems and tools enabling automated compliance solutions.
• Identify, assess, and resolve regulatory risks or incidents, coordinating with legal and policy teams for mitigation strategies.
• Influence cross-functional roadmaps and corporate strategy through regulatory expertise.
• Oversee and continuously improve product assurance initiatives with a global perspective.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory operations, compliance, program management, or related regulated industries.
• Experience working in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
• Strong experience with SQL, data analysis, and BI/dashboarding tools.
• Proven ability to design and operationalize cross-functional regulatory workflows.
• Experience building scalable technical solutions to mitigate regulatory risks.
