Your skills

18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $20 - $25 USD, based on experience and skillsets.

Your tasks

Hemmersbach is seeking a Part-Time (P/T) Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
Support project rollouts and deployments

Job Details:

This is a Part-Time (P/T) position working approximately 24 hours per week, with an hourly pay structure and no benefits.
