YARDI ERP APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR / SUPPORT ANALYST (Direct Hire, Hybrid or Remote - Des Moines, IA)
Are you experienced with YARDI Voyager ERP? We're actively hiring a YARDI ERP Application Administrator / Support Analyst for a permanent position with a rapidly growing, high-tenure company known for its outstanding 10/10 culture. This is a direct hire position with salary up to $125K plus an excellent benefits package and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support YARDI Voyager Cloud application configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Systems Integrators, Finance, and Tech teams for ERP and financial/accounting module projects.
Perform YARDI system administration to ensure high system availability and performance.
Provide YARDI support and training to end users; document processes.
Facilitate data integration and reporting using SQL.
Essential Qualifications:
YARDI Voyager Cloud configuration and support experience (Voyager experience required).
ERP implementation and workflow configuration expertise.
SQL skills for queries and data reporting.
Data integration experience.
Project management and business analysis abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (a plus for integrations).
Financial/accounting acumen (GL knowledge a plus).
Training and documentation experience for end users.
Education: 2-year or 4-year degree required (preferably Computer Science or related); certifications are a major plus.

Requirements
Hands-on experience supporting and configuring Yardi Voyager, including work within a cloud-based environment.
Practical knowledge of ERP or property management system workflows, configuration, and user support best practices.
Ability to write or work with SQL for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
Experience with data integrations and moving information between enterprise applications.
Understanding of finance or accounting processes; general ledger knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Background in business analysis, project coordination, or application-focused process improvement.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
