Senior Scheduler

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Austin, TX.

Key Tasks:
* Designs, develops, maintains, implements, and monitors comprehensive project schedules for multiple or large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
* Collaborates with project teams and external partners to resolve moderately complex scheduling challenges and optimize resource allocation
* Analyzes project data and performance indicators to forecast risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive informed decision-making
* Communicates schedule status, critical path updates, and potential impacts to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
* Ensures compliance with established scheduling standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements
* Leads post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and integrate improvements into future planning processes
* Supports less experienced team members in planning and scheduling issues and provides technical expertise based on leading practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
