Oracle Fusion Integration Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Integration Developer for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a modern Oracle Cloud environment. This fully remote role is ideal for a senior technical professional who enjoys designing complex Fusion extensions, building enterprise integrations, solving production issues, and helping shape development standards for a high-performing team.

This opportunity offers hands-on work with Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, BI Publisher, Groovy, APEX, VBCS, ATP, and PaaS tools. You will work in a collaborative technical environment with supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and the opportunity to mentor other developers while contributing to business-critical enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of major Oracle Fusion enhancements, extensions, interfaces, and customizations.
- Build complex solutions using BI Publisher, Groovy, APEX, VBCS, ATP, PaaS tools, and related Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Design, develop, and support Oracle Integration Cloud integrations with operational systems, including warehouse and manufacturing platforms.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for P1 and P2 production incidents, including root cause analysis and permanent resolution.
- Tune performance for ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces.
- Establish coding standards, development best practices, quality gates, and technical guidance for the team.

- Pay range: $53 to $58 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud extension, customization, and integration development.
- Design and support Oracle Integration Cloud integrations across enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues in a live Oracle Cloud environment.
- Establish development standards, technical best practices, and performance optimization approaches.

- 10+ years of experience in ERP technical and functional roles.
- 6+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, including ERP, SCM/GTM, or EPM.
- Strong experience building complex Fusion solutions using BI Publisher, Groovy, APEX, VBCS, ATP, or PaaS extensions.
- Proven Oracle Integration Cloud design and development experience.
- Experience governing changes in a live production environment.
- Ability to mentor developers, provide technical oversight, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver stable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting an organization through a transition to Oracle Cloud.
- Oracle AI Agent Studio experience.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as FlexDeploy.
- Experience with third-party platforms such as Avalara or Kyriba.
- Oracle Cloud certifications.
