We are seeking a skilled Amazon Connect Developer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable and efficient customer engagement platforms, integrating CRM systems, and optimizing workflows for enhanced customer experiences.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and DevOps teams to deliver innovative contact center solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Required Skills & Responsibilited :-
- Design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact flows for inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM systems, databases, and other AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Lex, Kinesis, CloudWatch).
- Develop custom IVR solutions, chatbots, and voicebots to automate customer interactions.
- Implement event-driven and serverless architectures to streamline contact center operations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize contact center performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation for contact flows, integrations, and deployment procedures.
- Ensure security, compliance, and scalability in all solutions.
