We're hiring a Senior Growth Manager (Full-Time, Hybrid in the GTA) for a fast-growing Canadian DTC subscription brand. The company has built a recognizable name in its space and is now scaling its full growth engine, from first click to lifelong customer. This is a full-funnel role: you'll own conversion, retention, and lifecycle growth end to end. Stack leans Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, Mixpanel, and Hotjar, with conversion rate optimization, subscription continuity, and win-back flows as the levers that matter most.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who sees the whole funnel as one system. Part growth marketer, part CRO specialist, part lifecycle builder, part data nerd. You'll optimize how customers convert, how they stick, and how much they're worth over time. You'll work alongside a dedicated CRO and web development resource to ship landing page, checkout, and onboarding improvements, and you'll own the email, SMS, and CRM programs that keep customers coming back. You'll inherit an existing email team and one direct report, and you'll have a clear runway to grow into senior commercial leadership as the business scales. The founders know they're leaving money on the table on both sides of the funnel and have given this role real budget, real authority, and direct access to leadership. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years in growth, CRO, lifecycle, retention, CRM, or subscription growth roles at a DTC, e-commerce, or subscription business
- Proven success improving both conversion rates and retention metrics (conversion rate, CAC, repeat purchase rate, churn, LTV, renewal rate, cohort performance)
- Hands-on conversion rate optimization experience across landing pages, questionnaires, checkout, onboarding, and subscription flows
- Hands-on lifecycle experience building and optimizing journeys across email, SMS, and CRM channels
- Strong segmentation and personalization chops based on behaviour, product usage, and lifecycle stage
- Hands-on platform experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or similar
- Comfortable owning A/B testing and experimentation frameworks across both acquisition and retention
- Strong analytical skills: able to translate funnel and cohort data into clear growth opportunities and action plans
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable partnering with marketing, product, engineering, operations, and customer support teams
Desired Skills & Experience - Experience at a subscription DTC brand (telehealth, meal-kit, supplements, pet, beauty replenishment, wellness), anywhere with refill or renewal economics
- Direct hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify
- Experience partnering with paid media and creative teams to improve CAC and acquisition funnel efficiency
- People management experience: direct reports, mentorship, or leading an email/CRM pod
- SQL or basic technical comfort to pull cohort data and build dashboards independently
- Background in regulated or sensitive product categories (health, wellness, financial services) is a plus
- Commercially-minded and execution-focused, equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, a flow builder, and a checkout page
