Pay Range: $20 - $29/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze claims processes, payments, and workflows to identify gaps
- Perform root cause analysis on claims and payment issues
- Review claims files with strong attention to detail
- Recommend process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Support claims and underwriting teams with insights
- Handle ad hoc requests and backlog prioritization
- Create and maintain SOPs and documentation
- Help streamline forms and improve operational workflows
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 2 3+ years of Property & Casualty (P&C) Claims experience
- Experience as a Claims Adjuster / Claims Analyst / Examiner
- Strong skills in process analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Guidewire (Claims) Highly Preferred
- Other claims management systems
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
