We have an urgent need for an IT Senior Business Analyst (WMS) for a contract opportunity in the USA, preferably near Philadelphia, PA. This role will support enterprise warehouse transformation initiatives focused on Blue Yonder Discrete WMS implementations across complex supply chain environments. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and warehouse operations teams while supporting large-scale integration and automation projects in fast-paced enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading requirements gathering workshops, defining project scope, and ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves acting as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and implementation partners during solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities. Candidates will support Blue Yonder Discrete WMS implementations integrated with OMS platforms such as SAP through Seeburger integrations while participating in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live planning, and post-production support. The selected professional will also contribute to warehouse automation initiatives and may take ownership as Lead Business Analyst for large projects or support smaller initiatives with light IT Project Management responsibilities. Strong exposure to logistics, warehouse management, and enterprise supply chain ecosystems is essential for success in this role.
Required skill sets include strong experience with Blue Yonder Discrete WMS, supply chain systems, warehouse automation implementations, and OMS integrations including SAP and Seeburger. Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in SQL, testing tools, process diagramming tools, and enterprise IT project lifecycle methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills are highly preferred along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Experience supporting industries such as Healthcare, Automotive, Retail & E-commerce, Technology, and Food & FMCG environments will be an added advantage.
