IT Project Manager Blue Yonder WMS, SAP OMS & Supply Chain Transformation - 68582
We have an urgent need for an IT Project Management Expert WMS Project Manager for a contract opportunity in the USA, preferably near the Philadelphia area. This role is part of a Global IT Delivery Transformation team focused on delivering enterprise-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS), Order Management System (OMS), and integration projects across North America. The selected candidate will lead high-visibility Blue Yonder Discrete implementations supporting large-scale warehouse operations and supply chain transformation initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT project delivery including scope, timelines, budgeting, quality management, governance, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves leading Blue Yonder Discrete WMS implementations integrated with SAP OMS through Seeburger middleware while supporting automation deployment and complex logistics system integrations. Candidates will collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Transportation, Finance, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise supply chain solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities, hypercare support, escalation management, status reporting, and vendor coordination. The selected professional will serve as the primary IT point of contact for business stakeholders and external partners while driving alignment across cross-functional global delivery teams and ensuring high-quality implementation outcomes with minimal business disruption.
Required skill sets include strong expertise in Blue Yonder Discrete WMS, SAP OMS, Seeburger integrations, and enterprise supply chain systems including WMS, OMS, and TMS platforms. Candidates should possess hands-on experience managing end-to-end WMS implementations, warehouse automation projects, and enterprise integration initiatives across logistics and supply chain environments. Strong project management, stakeholder communication, governance, risk management, testing coordination, and multi-project delivery capabilities are essential for this role. Experience with EDI technologies, data integration platforms, dashboarding tools, and additional WMS platforms such as Manhattan WMS will be an added advantage.
