We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting mission-critical contact center operations. This role will serve as the technical authority for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and enterprise integrations, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support high-volume customer engagement environments.
Responsibilities
· Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations, from discovery and blueprinting through deployment and production support.
· Design scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Nonprofit Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and industry best practices.
· Architect enterprise data models, application workflows, security models, and integration strategies.
· Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce, Five9, and other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
· Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
· Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers through architecture guidance, design reviews, and code reviews.
· Establish development standards, governance, and platform best practices.
· Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers, and development teams throughout the SDLC.
· Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy requirements for sensitive customer information.
· Support CI/CD processes, release management, and deployment strategies utilizing Gearset and modern DevOps practices.
· Evaluate platform enhancements and recommend improvements that increase scalability, maintainability, and business value.
· Produce architecture documentation, solution diagrams, and technical design specifications.
Must-Haves
· 7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
· Hands-on experience architecting solutions within Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, or other government sector-related Salesforce Cloud services.
· Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and enterprise contact center integrations.
· Experience designing Salesforce solutions integrated with cloud contact center platforms such as Five9 or comparable CCaaS platforms.
· Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, sharing models, and application design.
· Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, and middleware technologies.
· Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Platform, and Salesforce application architecture.
· Experience conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and providing technical leadership to development teams.
Nice-to-Haves
· Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect certifications.
· Experience with Gearset.
· Experience implementing greenfield Salesforce environments.
· Experience with Bring Your Own Telephony (BYOT) architectures.
· Experience supporting healthcare, nonprofit, government, or other highly regulated industries.
· Experience with enterprise data governance, compliance, and PII protection.
· Experience mentoring Salesforce architects and senior developers.
· Familiarity with legacy Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack environments and migration strategies.
