Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester to design, execute, and analyze performance tests for enterprise applications. The role focuses on load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and stability standards. The candidate will work closely with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Performance Testing

• Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or K6

• Strong expertise in Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability Testing

• Performance testing of Web Applications and REST APIs

• Experience with scripting (Shell, Python, or JavaScript)

• Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and Microservices architecture

• Experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or Splunk

• Strong skills in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and reporting

• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Gatling or Locust

• Exposure to CI/CD-based performance testing

• Database performance monitoring experience
