Senior Marketing Integration Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tukwila, WA that is seeking a Senior Marketing Integration Project Manager,

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager, Marketing Integration to lead end-to-end program coordination across a complex marketing integration initiative. This individual will be responsible for bringing multiple marketing sub-workstreams together under a single, integrated delivery plan and driving disciplined execution from planning through Legal Day 1 (LD1), post-LD1 stabilization, and ultimately Operational Day 1 (OD1).

Key Responsibilities:
* Own and maintain the integrated Marketing delivery plan across Member Communications, Engagement, Brand, Marketing Operations, Capabilities, and Website initiatives
* Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, milestones, risks, decisions, and workstream sequencing to ensure successful program execution
* Partner with BECU, SAFE, IMO, MDX, and other stakeholder teams to drive alignment, resolve roadblocks, and manage critical handoffs
* Maintain project governance artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, readiness assessments, and executive status reporting
* Support Legal Day 1 (LD1) readiness, go-live planning, post-LD1 stabilization, and Operational Day 1 (OD1) execution activities
* Provide program leadership in a complex integration environment, ensuring accountability, transparency, and on-time delivery of key milestones

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
* Proven experience managing complex integration, transformation, or merger and acquisition (M&A) programs
* Strong expertise in program governance, dependency management, risk management, and executive reporting
* Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups
* Experience coordinating multiple workstreams within highly matrixed organizations
* Exceptional organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
* Experience within the financial services, banking, credit union, or related regulated industries
* Experience supporting Legal Day 1 (LD1), Operational Day 1 (OD1), or other integration readiness milestones
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies

Marketing integration experience spanning:
* Member/Customer Communications
* Brand Management
* Marketing Operations
* MarTech Platforms
* Digital Marketing Channels
* Customer or Member Engagement Programs
* Go-to-Market Initiatives

Preferred Tools & Technologies:
* Smartsheet
* Jira
* Confluence
* Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on program leader who excels in navigating highly matrixed environments, managing cross-functional dependencies, and engaging senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful delivery of critical business objectives.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
