Onboarding Implementation Specialist

Introduction:

We are seeking an Onboarding Implementation Specialist to take charge of the end-to-end deployment of digital retailing solutions for automotive dealerships. This position requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, software installation expertise, training capabilities, and support to ensure successful adoption of new technologies by dealerships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation projects from planning to go-live and post-support
• Coordinate with dealership leadership, internal teams, and external vendors
• Oversee software installation, integration, and issue resolution
• Train dealership staff and drive user adoption
• Maintain documentation and implement process improvements

Requirements:

Required Experience:

• 3–5 years in software implementation, customer support, or dealership operations
• Understanding of automotive retail processes and IT infrastructure
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for on-site deployments

• Reporting/BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik
• Support/Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
