Role Description: 

The Qlik Consulting Manager leads the analytics strategy and delivery for the Warehouse Utilization program, focusing on transforming warehouse data into visibility that drives operational decision‑making. The responsibilities of this role include managing the design and development of tools to help clients understand their space usage, optimize storage, support new missions, reduce cost, and align with strategic priorities. The manager oversees dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization standards, ensuring that analytics products maintain accurate metrics, strong data relationships, and clear business narratives. This role provides technical leadership in advanced Qlik capabilities, design guidance, requirement gathering, and deployment governance across multiple hosting environments, while ensuring all solutions

 Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead the strategy, roadmap, and standards for Qlik dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions across the program.

·         Learn, understand, and assess the full suite of existing analytics products; gather requirements across product and technical contributors; and set a clear direction for what new capabilities to build

·         Guide, mentor, and support Qlik developers and analytics practitioners in delivering high‑quality, scalable, and intuitive products.

·         Review and approve dashboard designs, data structures, metric logic, and enhancements to ensure technical quality and business alignment.

·         Integrate product‑driven requirements and benchmark dashboard capabilities against external practices to ensure modern, competitive analytics experiences.

·         Provide leadership in advanced Qlik customization, including CSS, content libraries, themes, and extended Qlik/open‑source components.

·         Oversee multi‑source data modeling efforts, ensuring reliable relationships, validated metrics, and consistent alignment with underlying source data.

Required Skills:

·         Deep hands‑on expertise with Qlik, including dashboard architecture, scripting, data modeling, and advanced customization using CSS, themes, content libraries, and extensions.

·         Demonstrated leadership experience guiding analytics teams or multi‑developer delivery environments.

·         Strong ability to translate complex analytical requirements and operational data into clear, compelling, executive‑ready visual narratives.

·         Proficiency designing and validating data models across multiple data sources, ensuring accurate and reliable metric calculations.

·         Proven ability to modernize, enhance, and troubleshoot existing dashboards and analytical products.

·         Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling capabilities.

·         Experience managing cross‑platform Qlik deployments, supporting environment compatibility, and navigating platform‑specific publishing workflows.
