Job Title: Color Design
Location: Los Angeles, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: Our team is looking for an experienced professional who can innovate within the realm of color design. We focus on creating market-leading, retailable color solutions that enhance both product aesthetics and consumer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute color designs in collaboration with design, product marketing, and development teams.
- Develop line art, color design solutions, and coordinate materials for products.
- Explore and propose seasonal color strategies in collaboration with design managers.
- Conduct presentations to communicate color directions and strategies to relevant groups.
Required:
- Fluency in Adobe Suite and understanding of FF process at major footwear companies.
- Experience in fast-paced fashion environments and knowledge of color achievability.
- Basic knowledge of footwear construction and ability to present design work to multifunctional teams.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience, or equivalent educational and work experience combination.
