Job Description
We are seeking a QA Lead / Test Lead / Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead onshore QA activities for a sprint team focused on offers technology. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automation testing, Playwright, ADA testing, and GenAI-enabled test practices and a proven ability to coordinate onshore/offshore teams, communicate with business partners, and drive high-quality releases.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onshore QA for a sprint team delivering new offers functionality and regression coverage.
- Coordinate daily with offshore QA to plan, assign, and validate test execution.
- Track project and regression health, surface risks, and drive mitigation actions.
- Prepare test strategies, test plans, test cases, and data setup for functional scopes.
- Execute functional, automation, and ADA accessibility testing across releases.
- Engage with line of business and senior partners. Present QA status, risks, and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of QA experience leading sprint-based testing efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead offshore teams and manage project communications.
- Strong manual and automation testing skills, including test planning and execution.
- Automation proficiency. Playwright knowledge is preferred.
- ADA accessibility testing experience.
- GenAI implementation in testing, including creation and maintenance of agents and using agents within test frameworks.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Mobile testing and API testing experience.
- Familiarity with Figma API.
Work Arrangement & Interview Process
- Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC.
- Start date target Nov/Dec. ASAP.
- Interview process includes 1-2 rounds. Video required. In-person required.
