• Responsibilities
• Design, build, and enhance SAP APM / SAP Commissions solutions independently
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write and maintain Groovy scripts and SQL queries to support SAP APM functionality
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP APM reports, including Jasper Reports
• Support and manage SAP APM integration touchpoints with upstream and downstream systems
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and production issues efficiently
• Review and analyze large data volumes to validate accuracy and system performance
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation aligned with functional requirements
• Collaborate with offshore teams by providing technical guidance and implementation specifications
• Mentor junior team members and support faster issue resolution
• Work directly with customers to respond to adhoc technical inquiries and support needs
• Ensure solutions follow organizational standards, best practices, and compliance requirements

• Strong handson SAP APM / SAP Commissions technical expertise
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a deliveryfocused technical role
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Experience working in fastpaced, customerfacing environments
• Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and documentation
