About the Role

Apex Systems is looking for a CLM Analyst to support our client's Legal Operations department. This role provides technical and analytical expertise for the coordination, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, primarily Icertis.

The CLM analyst will support day-to-day system functionality, ensure operational stability, partner closely with legal stakeholders, and contribute to reporting, analytics, and process optimization within the Legal Operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, configuration, and optimization of the CLM system (Icertis).
  • Support system maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner closely with attorneys and legal staff on process improvements, contract analytics, and reporting (e.g., cycle time reports).
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting using analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Participate in system upgrade planning, implementation, and testing.
  • Utilize development experience (C#, SQL, etc.) to support system integrations and improvements.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies to support ongoing projects and enhancements.
Education
  • B.A. in Information Systems or
  • B.S. in Computer Science (or related field)
