Our client, seeks an accomplished Epic Willow Principal Trainer.

Description:
- Serve as the primary instructional designer and training environment builder for the Epic Willow pharmacy application.
- Develop deep expertise in Epic Willow modules, hospital policies, and pharmacy operational workflows.
- Create customized learning pathways for clinical and non-clinical end users.
- Build, configure, and maintain the Epic Master Training (MST) environment.
- Manage and support the Credentialed Trainer (CT) program for go-lives, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for Inpatient, Ambulatory, and Pharmacy Technician workflows using adult learning principles.
- Create instructional materials including lesson plans, training manuals, quick reference guides, tip sheets, and e-learning modules.
- Review and update training curriculum to align with current Epic system build and clinical workflows.
- Refresh, test, and maintain training patient data and simulated pharmacy scenarios within the MST environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve training environment issues following upgrades, enhancements, and code fixes.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate Credentialed Trainers (CTs) to ensure high-quality end-user instruction.
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and communication with project managers and training leadership.
- Conduct advanced training sessions for super-users, pharmacy managers, and provider groups.
- Collaborate with Epic Willow Application Analysts to support workflow optimization and end-user adoption.
- Analyze support tickets and end-user performance trends to identify additional training opportunities and workflow improvements.
- Participate in Epic upgrade reviews, enhancement testing, and implementation planning activities.
Qualifications:
- Willow Inpatient Principal Trainer Certification Required.
- Willow Ambulatory Principal Trainer Certification Required.
- Training Environment Build (TED) Certification Required.
