Job Title: Senior .NET Developer 

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, strong architectural skills, and the ability to lead development teams while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies
• Lead end-to-end development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Architect enterprise-grade solutions using .NET Core / .NET 6+ / ASP.NET MVC / Web API
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards
• Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure / AWS for deployment and scaling
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualification

• 12+ years of experience in software development using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, RESTful services
• Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper / ORM tools
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular / React / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
• Strong experience with SQL Server and database design
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git)
• Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, DevOps, etc.)
• Solid understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and system architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
• Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
• Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Microsoft certifications (optional but preferred)

Education
