Position Overview

The Oracle R12 Junior Business Analyst supports business users and IT teams by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for Oracle E-Business Suite R12. The role bridges business needs and system functionality while supporting implementations, enhancements, and production support.

The Oracle R12 Junior Functional Consultant will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules. The role involves working under senior consultants to gather requirements, perform system configuration, assist users, and support ongoing business operations.

Maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and SOPs.

Prepare impact analysis for enhancements or process changes.

Support audit and compliance documentation when required.

Strong understanding of business analysis concepts and SDLC.

Basic knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 architecture and business processes.

Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.

Exposure to Oracle EBS R12 modules (Finance or SCM preferred).

Basic understanding of:

RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)

Oracle concurrent programs and data flow

Basic SQL knowledge for data validation (preferred).
