About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Power BI/Sigma Consultant Architect to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, Sigma, SQL, Snowflake along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Power BI and Sigma reporting and analytics development.
- Provide guidance on data modeling, security, access management, and BI architecture.
- Lead BI teams delivering executive dashboards, monthly close, regulatory, and KPI reporting.
- Enable self-service analytics and automate reporting processes.
- Collaborate with data teams on Snowflake/cloud data warehouse solutions.
- Ensure BI solutions follow enterprise governance, security, and reporting standards.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years BI/Analytics leadership experience.
- Strong Insurance/P&C and Finance domain knowledge.
- Expert in Power BI, DAX, RLS, Direct Query, and Dataflows.
- Strong experience with Sigma Computing and Tableau.
- Hands-on SQL and Snowflake experience.
- Experience with Cognos, MicroStrategy, Looker, or ThoughtSpot is a plus.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, solution design, and communication skills
