Shift: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (9-hour shift)
We are seeking a high-precision Project Manager to oversee high-volume 5G and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) builds. This role is the "bridge" between technical design and field execution, ensuring that Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) packages are flawless before they hit construction. You will be responsible for the integrity of our network data, preventing provisioning failures through meticulous address and PID management.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Data Integrity & Technical Correction
- Execute complex data corrections, including Aggregate ID validation, Split PIDs, and Address Creation/Insertion.
- Proactively identify and fix data gaps to prevent downstream provisioning failures and customer activation delays.
Design Analysis- Analyze MDU/MTU addressing, architecture, and site survey designs to ensure technical feasibility.
- Review build packages for completeness, ensuring they are "whole and correct" before hand-off.
Cross-Functional Leadership- Act as the primary interface between Engineering, Operations, and Sales to support optimal MDU/MTU build designs.
- Maintain rigorous tracking systems to ensure all projects meet their Open For Sales (OFS) targets.

qualifications:
Must-Have Skills
High-Volume Pipeline Management: A proven track record of managing hundreds of concurrent projects without losing momentum.
Technical Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of 5G/FWA architecture, specifically regarding MDU/MTU builds and donor site dynamics.
Geospatial & Data Proficiency: Professional experience with GIS-based tools, address validation, and Property/Parcel ID (PID) management.
Desired Attributes
Precision: An "obsessive" attention to detail; you believe in the "first-time right" philosophy for build packages.
Agility: The ability to pivot between standardized national processes and urgent, high-priority ADHOC requests.
Technical Communication: You can translate complex site issues into clear, actionable instructions for Construction Engineers and General Contractors.
