Oracle Technical Program / Project Manager
Contract- remote

Must-have skills:

7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large, high-pace tech environment
BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders via data-driven reporting
Experience overseeing large-scale complex migrations and integrations
Ability to manage full program lifecycle: planning, execution, stakeholder communication, dependency/risk management, progress tracking
Agile program execution and high-level planning (quarterly/yearly)
Process improvement and operational/cost excellence; use of data and metrics to drive decisions
Familiarity with modern software development practices/technologies (containerization, microservices, CI/CD)
Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures; security platforms and frameworks
Experience with scripting languages and SQL queries
Self-driven; able to create urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
