Required Skills:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce Service cloud Voice (SCV) for customer service operations on Salesforce Service Cloud.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of project leadership and deep technical expertise in Service Cloud and SVC, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business outcomes and strategic objectives
• Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams and if required, salesforce team
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Developers, Administrators, QA engineers, Architects
• Remove blockers and ensure team productivity
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes
• Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment cycles
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Maintain documentation for solution design and processes
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• 10+ years of IT experience, 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership roles
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations preferably with SCV
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills
• Familiarity with Jira / Azure DevOps / MS Project
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Leadership and decision-making skills
• Problem-solving mindset
