We deliver essential technological and mission-support services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interests of the United States. We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to provide leadership and oversight of complex programs supporting federal government customers. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, cost, performance, and risk while ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer objectives.

The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary interface between program leadership, government stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of program objectives and the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex technical and operational projects supporting government customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders regarding project performance, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure successful program execution.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reporting.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and address issues impacting schedule, cost, or quality.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical staff, subcontractors, and support personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, security policies, and organizational standards.
  • Provide regular status reports and briefings to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Support program reviews, audits, and milestone assessments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies within the program.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, management, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of project management experience managing DOD or IC information technology programs
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • TS/SCI clearance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience managing technical teams supporting federal or DoD programs.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, lifecycle management, and risk management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership and government stakeholders.
