Prioritize work across AI initiatives
Improve planning and execution
Reduce delays caused by limited leadership bandwidth
Increase organizational maturity within the AI space
Provide program structure and accountability around AI product delivery
Senior-level PMO practitioners
Enterprise program leadership experience
Governance experience
Accountability management
Issue and risk management
Cross-functional coordination
Structured execution

They will work across:

Product teams
Engineering teams
Data science teams
