Job Description
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support a Provider Data Transformation project within Salesforce. We are seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst who can support the extraction and creation of these metrics and reports.
Responsibilities
Understand data needs and advise company on technological resources.
Partners with senior level team members to aggregate and analyze various data sets to provide actionable insight.
Develop reports, dashboards, and tools for business-users.
Develop technical solutions to improve access to data and data usage.
This position is a contract to permanent opportunity with our customer. Although primarily remote, there will be 2-3 onsite visits per month in their Columbia MD office. We are seeking candidates in one of the follow states to accommodate this onsite request: Wash DC, MD, PA, WV or DE.
Required Skills
Three (3)+ years as a Data Analyst with at least one (1) year of Healthcare Payor organization experience.
Education Level: Bachelor''''s Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor''''s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Able to extract data and then document/create reports and metrics for senior leadership review
Required Tech Stack: MS Office (entire suite), Databricks, Tableau, Python OR Salesforce
