Job Summary

Value Technology is looking for a skilled SAP BTP Application Developer to design, develop, and deploy applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will have experience in building cloud-native applications, integrating SAP and non-SAP systems, and working with modern development frameworks within the SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Build cloud-based applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
Develop and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
Implement and manage RESTful APIs and microservices on SAP BTP.
Integrate SAP BTP applications with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and third-party systems.
Work with SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite, Destination Service, and Connectivity Service.
Develop backend services using Node.js or Java.
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
Participate in testing, deployment, and support of SAP BTP solutions.
Follow DevOps and CI/CD practices for application deployment.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
Proficiency in Node.js or Java development.
Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.
Knowledge of REST APIs and OData services.
Experience with SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration.
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP HANA Cloud and SAP HANA Database.
Knowledge of SAP Workflow Management and Business Rules.
Experience with SAP Extension Suite.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications.
SAP BTP or SAP development certifications.
