Job Summary

Value Technology is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Security Consultant to design, implement, and manage security solutions within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure access, identity management, authorization, and compliance across SAP cloud applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage security architecture for SAP BTP environments.
Configure and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) within SAP BTP.
Manage authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth, SAML, and XSUAA.
Configure SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and SAP Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
Implement role collections, role assignments, and access policies in BTP.
Integrate SAP BTP security with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and other SAP applications.
Manage single sign-on (SSO) and secure communication between SAP cloud services.
Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.
Perform security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with development teams to secure SAP BTP applications and APIs.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats within the BTP environment.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience with SAP BTP Security Architecture
Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS)
Knowledge of XSUAA (Authorization & Trust Management)
Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect
Knowledge of Role Collections and Authorization Management
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform security configuration
Understanding of API security and secure application development
Experience integrating BTP with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud solutions
Familiarity with Cloud Security standards and compliance frameworks

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services
Knowledge of SAP Fiori security
Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD security practices
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
SAP BTP or SAP Security certifications
