Location: Allentown, PA
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Support Technician to assist with product testing, process improvements, inspections, and technical documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Education Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Associate degree or technical training in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology preferred
Experience Requirements
- Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, or technical environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience with product testing, inspections, and precision measuring tools such as calipers and rulers
Job Duties
- Support engineering projects, product development, and process improvement initiatives
- Perform hands-on testing and validation activities
- Collect, analyze, and document test data
- Conduct product and process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records and technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
Physical Capabilities
- Primarily seated work with occasional standing, walking, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to use standard office and technical equipment
- Strong visual and communication abilities in a manufacturing setting
