By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers' most pressing national security requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, designs, and tests to ensure the final product meets specified requirements.
  • Work collaboratively across hardware and software teams in a fast-paced, quick-reaction design and development environment to track requirements and assess the impact of changes as products move from concept through prototype and into production.
  • Design, implement, and maintain detailed test cases based on system requirements and specifications to ensure thorough validation of system functionalities and performance.
  • Assess system design and test coverage against established requirements using requirements management tools.
  • Build, develop and integrate system models using MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler; incorporating inputs from stakeholder requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents.
  • Understand end-to-end hardware and software evaluation methodologies, including performance monitoring, test automation, and data analysis.
  • Contribute technical inputs to proposals to include engineering execution plans.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong engineering foundation in a core discipline such as software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development.
  • 5+ years of experience in documenting and developing system requirements, as well as testing and verification in support of product design and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to decompose complex systems with competing objectives (e.g., performance, schedule, openness, cybersecurity) into executable requirements.
  • Expertise in developing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test procedures for complex systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) utilizing Cameo.
  • Strong technical communication skills, providing the ability to deliver critical technical briefings and conclusions to technical leadership, company leadership, and customers.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with military standards standards for qualification testing and acceptance testing to include the use of MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, etc.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Proficient in utilizing test automation frameworks and programming languages (MATLAB, Python) for comprehensive post-test data analysis and visualization.
