Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Senior Web Designer to join the Brand Creative team. This position is responsible for designing and executing web-ready creative for online, email, and special projects while ensuring all creative assets align with brand standards and business objectives.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design skills, strong digital and interactive design experience, advanced Adobe Creative Suite expertise, and a passion for creating compelling customer-facing experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design elevated and brand-right creative that achieves both marketing and merchant objectives.
- Source images in support of online creative.
- Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met.
- Produce, optimize, and output final web-ready digital artwork.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide creative solutions that address shifting business needs.
- Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process.
Requirements:
- Sophisticated sense of design and style required.
- Strong design fundamentals including typography, imagery, and color required.
- Passionate and active user of social media platforms, specifically Instagram and Snapchat required.
- Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences required.
- Working understanding of web best practices required.
- Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing required.
- Collaborative, inclusive, and flexible team-oriented mindset required.
- Resourceful self-starter with strong execution skills required.
- Ability to manage projects from initial design through final delivery required.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Awareness of the brand landscape and understanding of target demographic and market required.
- Animation knowledge required.
- Complete mastery of advanced Photoshop with strong photo compositing skills required.
- 4-5 years of digital design experience required.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, and After Effects required.
- Figma experience required.
- Ability to use a Mac required.
Highly Desired Skills:- Bachelor's degree highly desired.
- Retail or fashion design experience highly desired.
- Familiarity with Dynamic Text Standards highly desired.
- Proven talent in graphic and interactive design highly desired.
