Client is looking for a dynamic and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a high-visibility, growth-focused role that goes beyond traditional clinical practice.
In this position, you will act as a clinical leader and trusted partner to healthcare providers, contributing to medical education, provider engagement, and clinical strategy in the rapidly evolving space of women s health and hormone therapy.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to expand their career into Medical Affairs, thought leadership, and national-level impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement
- Build meaningful relationships with leading healthcare providers across key U.S. markets
- Support engagement with early adopters and clinical champions
- Contribute to the growth of a strong and influential provider network
CME & Medical Education
- Help develop impactful continuing medical education (CME) programs
- Contribute to educational content focused on hormone therapy and women s health
- Ensure clinical accuracy and relevance in all educational initiatives
Conference Representation
- Represent client at leading national and regional conferences
- Engage with providers and expand your professional network
- Participate in educational sessions, panels, and discussions
Protocol Development
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based treatment guidelines
Education & Outreach
- Support training and education initiatives for providers
- Ensure all communications align with regulatory standards
Compliance & Medical Governance
- Support development and review of compliant medical communications
- Maintain high standards aligned with 503B regulatory requirements
Research & Innovation
- Contribute to clinical research initiatives and data development
- Be part of advancing innovation in women s health
First-Year Success Metrics
- Strong provider engagement across key launch cities
- Contribution to successful launch of CME programs
- Participation in major industry conferences
Qualifications:
Required
- Active U.S. Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Background in women s health, endocrinology, or related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Interest in expanding into medical affairs or strategic clinical roles
Preferred
- Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or menopause care
- Exposure to clinical education, training, or provider engagement
- Interest in research, publications, or healthcare innovation
- Prior experience working with multidisciplinary teams
