Creative Services Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients and the creative team, identifying project goals and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Foster positive relationships across departments, encouraging collaboration and inclusivity within the team.
• Ensure accuracy in project deliverables by applying brand guidelines and conducting thorough quality control.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within a creative or advertising environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and client relations skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with the creative process and metrics tracking for project performance.
• Background in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and graphic design principles.
