Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Manager (SIOP/S&OP)

Location: Rockford, IL

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description

Develop and deploy SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes across the organization.
Collaborate with planning teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and alignment with new production locations.
Adjust demand plans to support industrial transfer and site transitions.
Establish and implement SIOP governance frameworks, including regular review cycles and planning rituals.
Manage buffer stock and purchase orders (POs) to ensure continuity during transition phases.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, procurement) to ensure alignment of supply-demand plans.
Support decision-making through data-driven planning and reporting.

Skill Requirements

Strong understanding of SIOP / S&OP processes and supply chain planning
Experience in demand forecasting and production planning
Knowledge of inventory strategies and buffer management
Ability to analyze demand trends and adjust forecasts
Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
Cross-functional collaboration with planning, manufacturing, and procurement teams
Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/IBP) or planning tools
Advanced Excel / data analysis tools.
